Arif started his career at JK & Partner Law Firm in 2016 and Farida Law Office in 2017, working on various commercial disputes and employment matters. In 2019, Arif joined Marieta & Mauren (formerly Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren – Attorneys at Law) where he concentrated his practice on civil-commercial litigations and criminal matters.

Previously, Arif was a Partner of Harvardy Law Offices, a law firm established by Harvardy Muhammad Iqbal, formerly Founding Partner and Lead Litigation Partner at Harvardy, Marieta & Mauren – Attorneys at Law since 2023.

During his professional practice, Arif has been representing numerous clients such as PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama, PT Dhanika Sejahtera Makmur (one of the subsidiaries of PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama), PT Kalingga Murda Raja  (one of the subsidiaries of PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama), PT Primerindo Kencana (one of the subsidiaries of PT Nirvana Wastu Pratama), PT Bina Sewangi Raya (one of the subsidiaries of PT Batu Licin Enam Sembilan), PT Andiarta Muzizat (Ninja Xpress), PT Container Maritime Activities (CGM-CMA), PT Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia, PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia, PT Genero Pharmaceuticals, PT Ecart Web portal Indonesia (LAZADA INDONESIA), PT Vixon Indonesia and other multinational and national companies in various commercial matters, criminal, disputes and court proceedings.

Arif at his previous law firm, has also represented and assisted number of insurance companies in various legal works, namely PT FWD Insurance Indonesia, PT Commonwealth Life, PT AXA Group Operations Indonesia, and PT AXA Services Indonesia.

Liquidation and Insolvency-Related Works

• Acting as member of Receiver of Bankruptcy of PT Ciremai Putera Mandiri (in Bankruptcy) (on going)
• Acting as member of the Liquidator of DPLK Adisarana Wanaartha (In Liquidation)
• Supporting team of Liquidator of PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wanaartha (in Liquidation)
• Representing 1,732 (one thousand seven hundred thirty-two) Creditors with a claim value of approximately Rp1,500,000,000,000 (one trillion five hundred billion Rupiah) in Restructuring Process of PT Sentul City, Tbk at the Commercial Court of Jakarta.
• Representing PT Modal Rakyat Indonesia as Creditors in Restructuring Process at the Commercial Court of Jakarta
• Representing PT Fajar Sejahtera Mandiri as the Respondent towards the Suspension of the Debt Payment Obligations Petition filed by PT Bank ICBC Indonesia as a Secured Creditor at the Commercial Court of Jakarta.
• Arif was also invited as a speaker in several events related to bankruptcy, dispute settlement cyber law and employment matters, at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Indonesia in collaboration with Commission I of House of People Representative, Government Investment Center, Director General of Treasury, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia and others.
